The River Dance Lodge is situated near three of the original eight Wild & Scenic Rivers protected by Congress in 1968. ROW Adventures is licensed to guide whitewater rafting trips on each of these rivers. Together, the Lochsa River, Selway River and Clearwater River offer exciting whitewater for every skill level. Clearwater River:
Ideal for families and first-time river rafters. The Clearwater is a Class II, big water river with a gentle current. Formed by the confluence of the Lochsa and Selway, the Clearwater is available to float all season long. By August, water temperature is highest and current the slowest.

Lochsa River:
This is our wildest whitewater river. Class IV+ rapids are found on this early season river. Huge raft pounding and paddle bashing fun. Though it's not required, we do recommend previous whitewater rafting experience to take on the mighty Lochsa.

Lower Selway River:
This is the middle ground river. The whitewater is a little more exciting than the Clearwater, but not as intense as the Lochsa. The Lower Selway is known for its lush rainforest beauty and is a good trip for family rafting. Departures on the Selway are very limited and always occur early-season (mid-May to mid-June).
