Prices plus 8% Idaho taxes. All cabins are non-smoking. There are no phones or televisions in cabins but there is a public phone at the Syringa Café. There is no cell phone coverage in the area. We offer wireless internet and a public computer in the café for your use. Daily maid service provided as desired. Check-in 4pm. Check-out 10am.

Minimum Night Stay:
Two-night minimum stay required for all bookings 30 days or more in advance. A three-night stay is required from June 27-Aug 29th. During these periods, reservations for one-night stays will be accepted within 14 days of desired date if space is available.

Cabin Reservation Policy:
A 50 percent, per night deposit is required for stays of 1-2 nights. 25 percent is required for stays of 3 or more nights. Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date. Reservations made within 45 days of stay require full payment at booking. All listed rates are per night.

Cabin Cancellation Policy:
From May 1 to August 31 and holiday periods, cancellations made 45 or more days in advance of reservation will receive a full refund, less a $20/night cancellation fee. Cancellations between 31 and 44 days in advance will receive a full refund, less $50/night cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days in advance. For April, September and October, exclusive of holidays, cancellations made 14 days or more in advance will receive a full refund less a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance. Sorry, no refunds given for late arrivals or early departures.

Pet Policy:
We have one 2-bedroom and one 3-bedroom cabin available for well-behaved pets - one per unit. There is a $15 per night pet fee and a $50 damage/cleaning deposit required at time of booking.

Security Deposit:
A security deposit is required for each unit and will be collected at check-in. We accept Visa or Mastercard imprints. If we discover any damage or missing items we will prepare a written estimate which will be forwarded to you, and your credit card will be charged the full amount of repair or replacement costs. All units are non-smoking. If we find that your unit has been smoked in, an additional $100 per unit, per day will be charged to your credit card.

Cabin Specials (Exclusive of Holidays):
15 percent discount for stays of 5 consecutive nights Sun-Thurs, September, October and April. 5 percent discount given for stays of 5 consecutive nights Sun-Thurs, May 2 to Aug 31. Discounts do not apply to package prices.

Package Policies:

Deposits for Packages with Lodging & Activities:
For Packages with Lodging & Activities - A 25 percent deposit is required for all activity packages. Your balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require full payment at the time of reservation.

Package Cancellation Policy:
If you find it necessary to cancel your package trip, please notify us as soon as possible. If written cancellation is received (call to verify) before the final balance is due, you will be given a refund less the amount of deposit. Deposits are not refundable. If cancellations are made on or after the final due date, no money will be refunded. Please understand that once you've signed up, we lose the right to sell your reserved space to other individuals or groups. Therefore, we regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies. For this reason we strongly recommend you consider purchasing trip insurance (see below).

Trip Protection Plan (Travel Insurance):
We offer a comprehensive cancellation and trip protection plan through our office and recommend this coverage which protects your payments if you have to cancel for medical or other covered reasons

Package Meals:
Packages include meals at the Syringa Café as noted. Lunches and/or dinners include a green salad, one main course and a non-alcoholic beverage from our package menu. Breakfast is served weekends only. On weekdays your cabin will be stocked with breakfast items such as bagels, cream cheese, cereal, muffins, yogurt, etc. Gratuities for your servers are included in the price.

Responsibility – An Important Notice
River Dance Lodge, LLC and ROW Inc., are not responsible for any penalties incurred through the purchase of non-refundable airline tickets. On advancement of deposit, the depositor agrees to be bound by the above recited terms and conditions. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Non-Performance
We do our best to run all ROW activities as planned. However, we reserve the right to cancel an activity or trip or make changes in itinerary in the event of circumstances beyond our control including, but not limited to, extreme water conditions or insufficient sign-ups. If a trip is cancelled, a full refund will be given. This refund is limited to the amount actually paid to ROW Inc. or River Dance Lodge LLC.
